Description:
The full low pressure process of utilizing MS to purify air with low temperature refrigerator and boosting turbine expansion is employed by this argon generator.
Liquid air is obtained from bottom of lower column after the preliminary rectification, and pure LIN from the top. The LOX with purity of 99.6% is from bottom of upper column, and LIN from top of lower column is subcooled in liquid air and LIN subcooler, and then a required output of high purity LIN is extracted to user’s LIN storage system. LAr obtained from the bottom of argon column is sent to appointed place through argon pump.
