Description:
The process of this Air Separation Plant is that air is purified with molecular sieve under normal temperature, and booster turbo expander is employed to produce refrigeration capacity; the fractionating column employs convection sieve plate. The following is the PFD of this typical product.

Competitive Advantage:

◆ Part liquid oxygen is obtained from main condenser so that the accumulation of such dangerous impurities as hydrocarbons is prevented. This can effectively guarantee the safe running of condenser/evaporator without special operation and maintenance.
